Hi, I'm Iqbal!

I am an experienced educator, mentor and communication specialist with a passion for helping people develop confidence, achieve their goals and reach their full potential. With a Master's degree in TESOL, a Trinity CertTESOL qualification and a background spanning education, training and professional development, I bring a wealth of real-world experience to every learning session.

I currently teach English to speakers of other languages (ESOL) and support learners from a wide range of backgrounds and abilities. Alongside teaching, I mentor individuals with job applications, CV writing, interview preparation and communication skills, helping them develop the confidence and practical skills needed for success.

Throughout my career, I have worked in leadership, training and coaching roles across a variety of sectors. This has enabled me to develop strong communication skills and an adaptable teaching style that allows me to explain complex ideas clearly and tailor my approach to each learner's individual needs.

I am passionate about creating a supportive and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and challenging themselves. Whether a learner needs help building confidence, improving their communication skills or achieving academic goals, I am committed to helping them succeed.

Above all, I believe that learning should be engaging, rewarding and empowering. My aim is to help every student develop the skills, confidence and mindset they need to thrive both in education and beyond.
