Hi, I'm Joel!

I am part of the management and administration team at Lytham Tutors, helping to ensure the smooth running of our provision behind the scenes. My role includes overseeing invoicing, monitoring lesson records, supporting tutors with administrative processes and helping to maintain the high standards of organisation and communication that our students, families and commissioning partners expect.

Alongside my role at Lytham Tutors, I work as an NHS Community Physiotherapist, supporting patients with a wide range of rehabilitation and healthcare needs. This professional background has helped me develop excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing a high-quality service.

At Lytham Tutors, I work closely with our tutors and management team to ensure lesson records, attendance information and invoicing processes are completed accurately and efficiently. By keeping these systems running smoothly, I help ensure that our tutors can focus on what they do best: supporting young people to succeed.
