My Story
Hi, I'm Sasan!
Education has been at the heart of my career for more than twenty years. I hold both a Bachelor's degree in English Language Translation and a Master's degree in English Language Teaching, and have spent much of my professional life teaching and supporting students in higher education. Having worked as a university lecturer for many years, I have developed a passion for helping learners build knowledge, confidence and independence.
Since moving to the UK, I have continued my commitment to education by undertaking further training in special educational needs, safeguarding, behaviour support and classroom practice. This has strengthened my understanding of the UK education system and enhanced my ability to support learners with a wide range of needs and abilities.
As a fluent English speaker and native Farsi speaker, I have extensive experience communicating with learners from diverse backgrounds. I particularly enjoy helping students develop their language, literacy and communication skills, while creating a calm and supportive environment where they feel comfortable asking questions and challenging themselves.
Alongside my professional experience, I volunteer as an English language tutor, supporting learners to improve their confidence and achieve their goals. I believe that patience, encouragement and positive relationships are key to successful learning, and I take great pride in helping students make progress and realise their potential.
Whether supporting learners with English, mathematics or wider study skills, my aim is to make learning accessible, engaging and rewarding while helping every student develop the confidence they need to succeed.
